National Night Out

The Hayfield Citizens Association (HCA) hosts a National Night Out event in conjunction with the National Association of Town Watch Night Out events going on throughout our community and country.  This normally occurs in August.

National Night Out is designed to: heighten crime and drug prevention awareness; generate support for, and participation in, local anticrime efforts; and strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships.
