Welcome to the Hayfield Farm Neighborhood page, we are so glad you found us! Hayfield Farm is a community of 689 homes located in the Alexandria section of Fairfax County Virginia, we have been around since the mid-1960’s and just hit our 50 year anniversary. We are child friendly, have people of all ages, and value each member of our community.
